His family members battling cancer struggled to navigate the complex healthcare landscape, missing vital appointments and opportunities for proactive care. This heartbreaking experience highlighted the flaws in the healthcare system and sparked a pivotal question for me: why does healthcare lag in user experience while other industries benefit from modern technological advancements? Determined to address this issue, Prithvi dedicated himself to designing a modern experience suite tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals like navigators, coordinators, and transitional care teams.
